Legge inn bestilling
For å legge inn en bestilling i nettbutikken må du være innlogget. Hvis du ikke har en brukerkonto, klikk på «Opprett konto» på «Logg inn»-siden. Betaling skjer med kort eller VIPPS.
Levering
Velg ditt kontorsted (Forus, Oslo, Florø, Hammerfest) ved utsjekk. For landansatte blir pakken levert gratis til valgt kontor. Dette gjelder også offshore-ansatte som bor i nærheten av et av kontorene.
For andre offshore-ansatte, velg «Offshore» som leveringssted og skriv inn din private adresse og telefonnummer i kommentarfeltet. Telefonnummeret er viktig, da det er her du vil motta pakkemeldinger.
Varene sendes da hjem til deg uten ekstra kostnad. Ansatte som jobber på land, men ønsker levering til privat adresse, vil bli belastet 200 kroner i frakt.
Bestillinger leveres innen to uker etter at du har lagt inn bestillingen, og du får beskjed når pakken er ankommet. Hentepunkt i Oslo, Florø og Hammerfest er resepsjonen. På Forus kan du hente pakken i Atrium A.
Utstillingsrom
En prøvekolleksjon av klær og utstilling av andre produkter er tilgjengelig i utstillingsrommet i VS1 i 1. etasje (A1049D). Her kan du se nærmere på klærne og prøve dem på, men ikke ta med deg noen av varene ut av rommet. Rommet er åpent for alle, så besøk gjerne rommet, men hjelp oss å holde det ryddig.
Hvis du ikke er på Forus-kontoret og ikke har mulighet til å prøve klærne, finnes det størrelsesguider på alle produktene. Skulle du bestille feil størrelse, er det mulig å bytte varen.

How to order
To place an order in the webshop you need to be logged in. If you don't have a webshop user, click "Create an account" on the “Sign in” page. The payment is done by card or VIPPS.
Delivery
Select your office location (Forus, Oslo, Florø, Hammerfest) at checkout. For onshore employees the package will be delivered to the selected office for free. This also applies to offshore employees living nearby any of the offices.
For other offshore employees, select "Offshore" as the delivery location and write your private address and phone number in the comment field. The phone number is important, since that is where you will receive the package notifications.
Your items will then be shipped to your home address for free. Employees who work onshore but want delivery to their private address, will be charged NOK 200 for the shipping.
Orders will be delivered within two weeks from you place the order and you will be notified when your package has arrived. Pick up point in Oslo, Florø and Hammerfest is the reception desk. At Forus you can pick up your package in Atrium A.
Showroom
A sample collection of the clothing and the other products is available in a showroom at VS1 on the 1st floor (A1049D). Here you can take a closer look at the clothes and try them on, but do not remove any of the items from this room. The showroom is open to everyone, so feel free to visit the room and please help us keeping it tidy.
If you are not located at the Forus office and unable to try the clothes on, please note that there are size charts on all items. If you happen to order the wrong size, it will be possible to exchange the item.

The payment is done by credit card and the items will be free of charge to one of the offices. Please state in the order which office you want to pick up the delivery at (Hammerfest, Oslo, Florø or Forus). Delivery to private address is charged 200 NOK.
Delivery
You will be notified when your package has arrived. Pick up point in Oslo, Florø and Hammerfest is the reception desk. At Forus (VS1) you can pick up your package at the IT Service Center on the first floor (the cabinet next to the mail sorter).
Showroom
